摘 要:城市建设为地下空间开发提供了广阔的前景和强大动力,同时也给岩土工程学科提出了严峻的挑战.地下空间开发不可避免地涉及基坑开挖支护、桩土相互作用、深基础抗浮以及埋深基础的变形等诸多岩土工程关键技术问题.抓住上述问题与传统问题的不同点,在指出问题特殊性的同时,对每个问题的主要影响因素进行分析.在基坑开挖支护方面提出了能够考虑位移变化的土压力计算方法,在桩土相互作用方面提出广义复合桩基理论,实现桩、土承载分担比的明确化,在深基础抗浮方面通过试验证明实际的水浮力比理论值小,并提出考虑基础底板受力的抗浮设计方法.在埋深基础的变形方面指出开挖卸荷引起的应力计算方法的特殊性,并提出考虑回弹和固结的基础沉降计算方法.通过上述具体研究得到了一些有益的结论,为当前风靡的地下空间开发提供技术指导和安全保障.With the development of socal economy, underground space exploitation has already become the focus of urban construction. The development of underground engineering will take inevitably severe challenges to geo-tech- nique subject, in which the key geotechnical problems, such as excavation and support of foundation pit, pile-soil interaction, anti-floating of foundation, and deformation of deep foundation. According to the special characteristics of each problem, the major affecting factors of the problem have been considered. The formula for calculating later- al earth pressure at certain displacement was developed. The generalized composite pile foundation can definitely make the piles and subsoil bear the load. The buoyancy acting on foundation is less than the theoretical value. And the anti-floating design should consider the load distribution of slab. For the deformation problem of deep foundation, the particularity of bottom soil stress was pointed out and the deformation considering upheaval and consolidation of soil was studied, Some useful conclusions were obtained.
