摘　　要：文章通过对软件开发与人才培养过程的比较分析以及CMM的特点和CMM对于提高高校能力的作用,对CMM移植到高校管理中的可行性进行了探讨。提出了IHLCMM框架模型,并对其中的TM-IHLCMM进行了简单的介绍。This paper discussed the feasibility of CMM in Institutions of Higher Learning by analysing the similarities of programming process and education process and the features of CMM, and the function of CMM in improving the ability of Institutions of Higher Learning, The framework of IHLCMM was built and the TM- IHLCMM was introduced simply.
