中药循径敷贴对哮喘豚鼠肺泡Ⅱ型上皮细胞的影响

摘　　要：【目的】研究中药循经敷贴对哮喘豚鼠肺泡Ⅱ型上皮细胞炎症损伤的影响机制。【方法】采用透射电镜对哮喘豚鼠肺泡的超微结构进行观察。【结果】致敏豚鼠诱发哮喘后可见肺泡Ⅱ型上皮细胞内板层小体脱颗粒、空泡化,细胞表面微绒毛明显减少;并可见许多嗜酸性粒细胞浸润,毛细血管充血明显。中药敷贴组Ⅱ型细胞内板层小体空泡化脱颗粒、程度轻,有显著差异(P<0.05),细胞表面尚有较多微绒毛,嗜酸性粒细胞浸润和毛细血管充血减轻。【结论】减轻哮喘豚鼠气道炎症可能是中药循经敷贴治疗哮喘的重要机制之一。[Objective] To study the mechanism of external application of Chinese herbs on inflammation injury of alveolar type Ⅱ cells in guinea pig. [Methods]The ultrastructure of alveolar cells in asthma guinea pig was observed by electron microscope. [Results] Structure impairment of alveolar ceils was observed when asthma attacked. It showed that the alveolar lamellar bodies in type Ⅱ pneumonocytes vacuolated, and a few of them were disrupted into the alveolar space. The number of microvilli decreased dramatically on cells surface. Many Eosinophil infiltration and capillary expansion were found. But these changes were not obvious after treating by external application of Chinese herbs （ P 〈0.05）. [Conclusion] The results indicates that to reduce the inflammation of alveolar cells may be one of the important mechanisms of herbal penetration therapy on allergic asthma.
