摘 要:目的:观察特拉唑嗪对高血压病患者血浆高敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)和一氧化氮(NO)水平的影响。方法:选择40例血压正常者作为对照组,40例高血压病患者作为试验组,对高血压病患者给予特拉唑嗪1个月降压治疗,测定治疗前后血浆hs-CRP和NO水平,并与对照组比较。结果:高血压组治疗前血浆hs-CRP水平高于对照组,NO水平低于对照组(P均<0.01);治疗后血浆hs-CRP水平降低,NO水平升高(P均<0.05)。结论:特拉唑嗪对高血压病患者有降压作用的同时,还能发挥抗炎作用。Aim: To investigate the effects of Terazosin hydrochloride on plasma levels of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein (hs-CRP) and nitric oxide ( NO ) in patients with essential hypertension. Methods: A total of 40 normotensive con- trol subjects and 40 patients with hypertension were collected. Plasma levels of hs-CRP and NO in normotensive subjects and in patients with hypertension were detected before and after Terazosin hydrochloride therapy for I month. Results: Plasma hs-CRP level was significantly higher in untreated hypertensive group compared with controls( P 〈 O. O1 ). Significant de- crease was observed for hs-CRP in hypertensive patients after antihypertensive treatment( P 〈 O. 05 ). Plasma NO level was significantly lower in the untreated hypertensive group compared with controls( P 〈 O. O1 ). Significant increase was observed for NO in hypertensive patients after antihypertensive treatment (P 〈 O. 05 ). Conclusion :Terazosin hydrochloride treatment exerts anti-inflammatory effects in addition to its antihypertensive properties in hypertensive patients.
