摘　　要：党性建设关系到党的生死存亡和党的事业的兴衰成败。加强党性建设,永葆共产党人党性的高尚性和纯洁性,是摆在党面前的迫切任务。加强党性建设,思想建设是根本,教育、学习是基础,制度建设和完善纪律监督机制是保障。The Party spirit construction relates to the party＇s grave crisis. It is the Party＇s urgent task to strengthen the Party spirit construction and keep the nobility and purity of the Party spirit. The thought construction is the base, the education and study is the foundation, the construction of system and the perfection of the discipline supervision mechanism is the security.
