烟台市在山东省发展战略中的定位与对策研究

摘　　要：依据烟台的发展优势及在"一体两翼"中的位置,其定位为"一体两翼"发展格局中对接东北老工业基地的前沿、中日韩经贸交流的门户、辐射"北翼"发展的龙头;集港口、保税、空港为一体,沟通南北、连接日韩的重要的区域性物流中心;高新技术产业高地、科学发展的示范区;全省海洋经济的主板块。其对策是构建与完善基础设施支撑体系、产业支撑体系、体制机制支撑体系和环境优化支撑体系。According to the development advantage of Yantai and the position in ＂one body and two wings＂, its positioning as ＂One Body and Two Wings＂ development pattern in the forefront of the old industrial base of the Northeast, door of trade exchanges among China and Japan and Korea, and the leading development of the radiation ＂north wing＂ ; Set logistics of port, bonded logistics and air logistics as one, link up the north and south, the important regional logistics centre of north-south communication and the joining of Japan and South Korea ; new high-tech industry highland, demonstration area of scientific development; the main plate of the marine economy in the whole province. Its countermeasure is to construct and improve four support systems： infrastructure support system, industry support system, institutional mechanisms support system and environmental optimization support system.
