摘　　要：学籍管理是高校教学管理与学生管理的一个不可或缺的重要内容,对营造良好的学风、校风,提高教育质量起着重要的作用。只有建设一支高素质的学籍管理队伍,不断改革和完善管理制度,配备足够的人员和设备,将管理工作落到实处,努力提高学籍管理水平,才能为学生的发展创设一个良好的育人环境。Management of Student Status is an indispensable important content in college teaching management and student management. It is of great importance to building excellent study atmosphere and campus atmosphere as well as improving quality of education. Only by building a high--quality team of management for student status, constantly reforming and improving management systems, equipping adequate personnel and facilities, implementing management work, endeavoring to improve the management of students＇ status can we create an excellent education environment for the development of students.
