摘　　要：论文阐述了全球化和信息技术的迅速发展使得境外合作编目成为必要和可能,其规范化、标准化的编目数据为出版、发行和图书馆等业务部门实行书目信息的自动管理及书目信息的交换与资源共享奠定了基础。This paper sets forth that the swift development of the whole worldization and information technology has caused to the cooperation of catalog work beyond the border to become indispensability and probability, such standardization, and the standard cataloguing data has settled the base against the automatic management of catalog information, catalog information exchange and its resource sharing, for the professional work departments such as press, issue and library.
