摘　　要：针对某公司早期引进型国产化300MW机组存在的可靠性差、热效率低等问题,介绍了对于该机组的改造,并对该类机组的改造从技术经济方面进行可行性探讨。This paper introduced existent shortage, lower reliability and lower efficiency, in the early import type 300 MW unit of a company. Conversion on this type turbine was discussed from technology economy aspect. It is useful for reference in saving energy in early import type 300 MW unit.
