优化农村信用社改革的金融生态环境

摘　　要：本文通过分析农村信用社改革的金融生态环境现状,指出金融生态环境中阻碍农村信用社改革的因素,提出加大政府支持力度、建立完整的农村金融市场、出台农村金融法、实施措施为农村信用社贷款回收提供保障、优化农村信用环境、建立显性存款保险制度的对策,以优化金融生态环境,保障农村信用社改革。This article analyses the financial ecological environment status of the reform of rural credit cooperatives, pointing out the factors in the financial ecological environment that are obstacles of the reform of rural credit cooperatives, and putting forward the countermeasures just like the promulgation of rural financial law, intensifying the support of government, the establishment of a complete rural financial market.providing protections for the recovery of loans in rural credit cooperatives,optimization of rural credit environment,the establishment of a dominant deposit insurance system ,to optimize the financial ecological environment and protect the reform of rural credit cooperatives.
