江苏省沿江地区工业土地利用效率的初步研究

摘　　要：利用定量分析和实证分析的方法,从单位增加值占地率的角度定量研究江苏省沿江地区工业细分行业的土地利用效率。研究结果表明,不同工业行业土地利用效率存在差异;沿江开发过程中节地型经济的发展为实现低用地的经济增长提供了保证。研究认为:当从各行业实际情况出发,有针对性地提高土地利用效率;沿江开发过程中,必须重视冶金业和农业关联产业土地利用效率的提高。This paper gives a quantitative analysis of the using efficiency of industrial land zone along the Yangtze River in Jiangsu province at the point of the increased values per unit of the rate that impropriate the land. Research method ： quantitative analysis and demonstration analysis. Results ： The using efficiency of the industrial glebe in different industry has difference. The development of an economy which economize the land ensure the increase of the economy which has low need for land. Conclusion ： we should Set out from the actual circumstance, advance the using efficiency of the land in pertinence ; we must recognition the increase of the using efficiency of the land in metallurgy and agriculture.
