摘 要:试验表明,合理配施氮、硫肥能使洋葱球径和产量显著增加,并可有效改善洋葱品质。施氮(200kg/hm2)可使洋葱球径增大0.91cm^1.26cm,增产1 705 kg/hm2~2 423 kg/hm2,使洋葱产品可溶性糖、可溶性蛋白质和维生素C含量分别提高13.51%~23.23%、7.31%~15.64%和5.76%~6.82%;施硫(30kg/hm2)可使洋葱球径增大0.33cm,并可显著提高洋葱可溶性糖、可溶蛋白质和维生素C含量,分别为10.42%、8.63%和8.25%。试验还表明,氮、硫两种营养元素对洋葱产量和球径的影响以独立效应为主;增施氮肥会明显提高洋葱产品的硝酸盐含量(8.04%~15.30%),施硫使洋葱产品的硝酸盐含量有所上升。A two years stationary experiment in 2006 was conducted. The results showed that reasonable amount of nitrogen and sulfur fixed fertilizer increased sphere diameter and yield of onion, and improved quality significantly. Increase of 0.91cm-1.26cm of sphere diameter and 1705 kg/hm^2-2423 kg/hm^2 of yield in onion was observed by nitrogen fertilization. Furthermore, nitrogen increased soluble sugar, soluble protein and vitamin C by 13.51%-23.23 %, 7.31%- 15.64% and 5.76%-6.82%, respectively. Sulfur fertilizer increased sphere diameter of onion at 0.33cm, and increased soluble sugar, soluble protein and vitamin C by 10.42%, 8.63% and 8.25 %, respectively. Otherwise, the effect of nitrogen and sulfur on yield and sphere diameter of onion was independent. Excessive application of nitrogen and sulfur fertilizer would increase nitrate accumulation in onion.
