线切割加工中质量问题分析及对策

摘　　要：对线切割加工中制件断面出现的质量问题等作了详细分析并提出了相应措施,对提高线切割加工质量具有一定意义。The surface quality of parts created by WEDM was investigated. Low processing precision of the part surface might cause section burn , rough stripes on the surface, cracks , crack, transform the etc. The reason for causing these defects was analyzed and the corresponding improving or avoiding measures were proposed.
