摘　　要：针对国内振动筛的润滑不足,设计了多线式集中润滑系统,提出了基于单片机技术的集中润滑控制系统。以AT89C51单片机为核心设计了控制系统的硬件电路和软件流程。应用试验表明,该集中润滑控制系统工作可靠、性能稳定,可满足振动筛润滑的需求。In view of the shortcomings of the oscillating screen lubrication system, several lines centralized lubrication was designed. The controlling system of automatic lubrication based on single chip microprocessor technique was presented. The hardware circuit of control system and the flowchart of main control program for software were designed by using AT89C51 single chip microprecessor. The results of practical application of the centralized lubrication system indicate that the system has higher reliability and stability. The system can satisfy the lubrication of oscillating screen.
