摘　　要：介绍了煤用立式刮刀卸料离心脱水机的结构、原理及存在的主要问题,提出改进易损件结构的建议以降低设备维护成本,如刮刀采用陶瓷防护、钟形罩采用分体结构等措施,同时对立式离心机在使用过程存在的问题提出了改进措施和诊断方法。Introduces the structure, principle and existing problem of the vertical scraper discharge centrifuge , also points out suggestions for improving structure of wearing parts life span so that shorten equipments maintenance cost, such as the scraper adopt porcelain and ceramics protection, bell hood adopt separate structure etc..According to the problems of existence, put forward improvement measure and diagnose a method in the process of use in the meantime.
