摘　　要：介绍了叶片分离器的工作原理和关键参数,并对加装了叶片分离器的对旋轴流风机进行了性能测试试验。结果表明,在特定条件下,叶片分离器对消除对旋风机特征曲线的波谷有一定作用,可以改善风机的小流量特性,同时有效地控制了小流量工况下产生的回流,提高了风机运行的可靠性和稳定性。The working principle and key parameters of the blade separator were introduced, and tests on the performances of adding the separator on the contra - rotating axial flow fan were carried out. The result shows that the blade separator offered a positive effect to clear up the trough of the characteristic curve on the contra - rotating fan under certain conditions. At the same time, internal flow of contra- rotating axial flow fan under low flow rate was improved, the return- flow which occurred under low flow can be well controlled, the stability and reliability of working fan were improved.
