摘　　要：综合利用摩擦电喷镀技术和纳米复合镀层技术修复了矿用汽车曲轴,介绍了修复工艺和流程,并将修复层性能同低温镀铁层进行对比,结果表明修复效果好于低温镀铁修复。The crank shaft of off- highway truck was repaired by using friction and spray electroplating and nano - composite coating technology synthesis, the repair technology and flow were introduced , and the properties of repair layer were contrasted to the low- temperature iron plating coating. The result showed that repair effects are better than the low- temperature iron plating effect.
