摘  要:缺血预适应是体内普遍存在的一种强大的自身保护机制。近20年来,对心肌缺血预适应的保护机制进行了大量的研究,虽然取得了较大的进步,但是对其确切机制以及与热休克蛋白的关系还存在争议。近几年来,小分子热休克蛋白的保护作用特别受到关注,本文综述了心肌缺血预适应的延迟保护作用机制及其与热休克蛋白的关系。Ischemic preconditioning is a powerful inherent protective mechanism ubiquitously in the body. A lot of investigations have been performed on the protective mechanism of myocardial ischemic preconditioning in recent twenty years. Although great progress has been made,there is still in dispute about the exact mechanism of cardio protection and the role of heat shock proteins. In the last few years, much attentions were concentrated on the role of small heat shock proteins. This article reviewed the protection mechanism of myocardial ischemic preconditioning and its relation with heat shock proteins.
