摘　　要：异鼠李素是一种植物黄酮类化合物,大量研究发现异鼠李素具有保护心血管、抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗炎、抗过敏及调节免疫功能等多种生物活性,特别是其在心血管保护方面具有扩张血管降血压、防治冠状动脉粥样硬化性心脏病、减轻心肌肥厚、抑制血管平滑肌细胞增生肥大、抗血栓形成等多种作用,具有广阔的应用前景。Isorhanmetin is one kind of plant flavanoid. Quantity of studies showed that it has many biological effect in protecting cardiovascular system, anti-oxidation-anti-tumor, anti-inflammation, anti-alergy and immune regulation. Especially, its protective effect in cardiovascular system, including decreasing blood pressure by expanding vessels, preventing and curing coronary atherosclerotic heart disease, reducing myocardial hypertrophy,inhibiting cellular proliferation and hypertrophia of vascular smooth muscle, and anti-thrombogenesis ,will has wide application prospect.
