摘　　要：目的:制备丹参酮脂质体并测定含量及包封率。方法:采用蒸发超声法制备丹参酮脂质体,高效液相色谱法检测丹参酮含量及包封率。结果:色谱条件下丹参酮与辅料、溶剂峰分离良好,丹参酮在5.0-50μg/mL范围内线性关系良好。3组丹参酮脂质体包封率分别为96.28%,96.75%,97.22%。结论:丹参酮脂质体制备工艺可行,质量控制方法简单、准确。Objective： To prepare and determination of content and entrapment efficiency of Salviol liposome. Methods： Salviol liposome was prepared by evaporating and ultrasound method, determined the concentration and the entrapment efficiency of Hydroquinone liposome by HPLC. Results： Salviol had a good linear relation in a range of 5.0-50.0 txg/mL. The entrapment efficiency of Salviol liposome in three groups reached 96.28%, 96.75%, 97.22% respectively. Conclusion： The technique of preparing Salviol liposome was feasible and the method of quality control was simple and accurate.
