HPLC法测定心可舒软胶囊中葛根素的含量

摘　　要：目的:建立用高效液相色谱法测定心可舒软胶囊中葛根素的含量。方法:以色谱柱:Diamonsil C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水-冰醋酸(28∶72∶2);检测波长250 nm,流速:1.0 mL/min,进样量:10μL。结果:葛根素线性范围为0.2357～1.868μg/mL,r=0.9998;平均回收率为100.36%,RSD%为0.88%。结论:本法简便、灵敏、准确,可用于心可舒胶囊中葛根素的含量测定。Objective： To establish HPLC method for the determination of paeoniflorin in Xinkeshu capsules. Methods： Diamonsil C18 column was used with mobile phase of methanol-water-glacial acetic acid （28：72：2） at the detection wavelength of 250 nm, the sample size was 10 μl with flow rate of 1.0ml/min. Results： The good linear range was within 0.2335-8680μg/ml, r=0.9998.The average recovery was 100.36% and RSD% was 0.88%. Conclusion： the method is simple, sensitive and accurte, can be used to determine the paeoniflorin in Xinkeshu capsules.
