非褶菌目真菌多糖提取研究的进展

摘　　要：非褶菌目真菌是富含独特生理活性的多糖。现代医学和药理学的很多研究表明,非褶菌目真菌多糖是一类重要的生物反应调节剂,对肿瘤有显著的抑制作用。着重介绍了目前常见的几种非褶菌目真菌多糖提取纯化的研究进展。The genus aphyllophorales is rich in polysaccharides which have special bioactivity. Medicine and pharmacology have been proved that polysaceharides of the fungus in genus. Aphyllophorales are used as biological response modifiers. They also play a great role in restraining tumor. This paper discussed several aphyllophorales polysaeeharides on their extraetion and purification.
