摘 要:借助加速碳化试验对混凝土抗碳化能力随早期标准养护时间的变化规律进行了试验研究.得到:在胶凝材料为42.5级普通水泥、水灰比为0.50和砂率为40%的条件下,早期标准养护时间对混凝土强度影响较大,早期标准养护时间越短则28d混凝土强度越低.早期标准养护时间对混凝土碳化影响较大,早期标准养护时间越短则混凝土(加速)碳化深度越大,特别是当早期标准养护时间小于3d龄期时混凝土的碳化深度与标养28d的相比增加了50%~100%.泵送剂的掺入对碳化试验结果影响不大.总之,早期保湿养护时间对混凝土的力学性能和抗碳化耐久性能均有较大的影响.The variation of anti-carbonization capability of normal concrete (C30 grade) with standard curing time during early stage was experimentally investigated through accelerated carbonation test in this paper. Concrete mix design with 42.5 grade ordinary Portland cement, water-cement-ratio 0.50 and sand percentage 40o//oo were used, The results showed that standard curing time during early stage considerably affected anti-carbonization capability of the concrete. With the time at early ages decreasing, the anti-carbonization capability increased. In particular, the anti-carbonization capability increased by 50-100 % in comparison to the standard-cured for the ages of 28 days when the time at early ages was wet curing time during early stage considerably normal concrete. less than the ages of 3 days.
