摘 要:进行了POM材料替代铜合金材料制造起重器螺母的可行性研究.采用有限单元法校核了螺母在工作情况下的变形与螺母螺纹牙的强度.结合有限单元法与正交实验法,分析了注塑工艺对螺母成型质量的影响,确定了较好的螺母注塑工艺.对螺母模型进行了CAD建模,然后将螺母力学模型输入ANSYS中进行强度分析,校核了螺母的力学强度;再将模型数据输入Moldflow,根据设计的正交实验和分析结果,确定了较好的注塑工艺参数.研究证明:利用POM材料代替昂贵的传统铜合金材料来对起重器螺母进行制造是可行的,并可以大大降低材料成本与加工成本.The feasibility study of using POM plastics materials to replace the copper alloy materials has been done. The finite element method is applied to check the nut's deformation and strength of nut teeth when the nut is used. The finite element method and orthogonal experiment are combined to analyze the impact on the quality of the nut with different injection molding process. Firstly, the CAD model of the nut has been made. Then, the equivalent mechanical model is inputted into ANSYS to determine the mechanical strength of the nut. Finally the data of the model has been inputted into Moldflow. According to the orthogonal experiment and the results of analysis, the best injection process parameters have been gotten. The study shows that using POM to replace expensive traditional copper alloy materials to make the jack nut is feasible and can greatly reduce the cost of materials and processing costs.
