摘 要:采用电化学反应器对去除硫化氢废气进行了实验研究.反应器由5对网状电极叠加组成,电极材料为RuO2/Ti,两相邻电极板间距为5 mm,电解质为一定浓度的氯化钠溶液.硫化氢气体从反应器底部通过鼓泡进入反应器.实验考察了电流密度、气体停留时间等不同因素对硫化氢去除率的影响.研究发现硫化氢通过反应器后能够被有效的降解,当电流密度为0.14 A/cm2气体流量为2000 mL/min时,硫化氢废气的去除率可达70%左右.反应的最终产物主要为单质硫和硫酸根离子.The removal of H2S was investigated by an electrochemical reactor. The electrochemical reactor consists of 5 pairs of stacked RuO2/Ti mesh electrodes. The distance between two neighboring electrodes is 5 mm. The reactor is filled with a certain concentration of sodium chloride solution as electrolyte. The simulated gas was introduced to the reactor from the bottom of the reactor by a gas distributor. The influences of several operation parameters such as current consistency and gas residence time on the removal of H2S were examined. It was found that H2 S was effectively degraded in the reactor. Over 70 % H2S was removed with an operation condition of current density of 0.14 A/cm2 and gas flow rate of 2 000 mL/min. It was confirmed that the major final product was sulfur and SO4^2 .
