摘  要:目的了解一种以二氯异氰尿酸钠为主要成分的粉状消毒剂的杀菌效果、理化性能以及稳定性。方法采用悬液定量杀灭试验、金属腐蚀性试验以及加速稳定性试验等方法进行实验研究。结果有效氯907.5mg/L的溶液对悬液中金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌、白色念珠菌作用5min灭菌对数值大于或等于5.00;有效氯含量为3025mg/L的溶液对不锈钢基本无腐蚀,对铜、铝有中度腐蚀,对碳钢有重度腐蚀;置37℃恒温、恒湿箱3个月,该消毒剂有效氯含量平均下降6.16%;有效氯907.5mg/L的溶液对物体表面消毒现场鉴定试验符合要求。结论该消毒剂杀菌效果好,性质较稳定,对金属有较强腐蚀性。Objective To understand the germicidal efficacy, physicochemical properties and stability of a powder disinfectant mainly containing sodium dichloroisocyanurate (ACL-60). Methods Suspension quantitative germicidal test, metal corrosion test and accelerated stability test were carried out. Results The results showed that the killing logarithm value to Staphylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Candida albicans in suspension exposed to the solution of sodium dichloroiso cyanurate containing 907.5 mg/L of available chlorine for 5 min was 5.00 or above; The solution containing 3 025 mg/L of available chlorine did not corrode stainless steel, had medium corrosion on copper and aluminum, corrosion on carbon steel. After placed in the 37 ℃ constant temperature & humidity incubator for 3 months, the available chlorine of the disinfectant decreased by 6.16%. The solution containing 907.5 mg/ L of available chlorine attained the disinfection standard in the spot disinfection test of the object surface. Conclusion This disinfectant is with good germicidal efficacy and stability, but powerfully corrosive to metal.
