p53 ki-67和PCNA在膀胱移行细胞癌组织中的表达及意义

摘　　要：目的研究膀胱移行细胞癌组织中p53、ki-67和PCNA表达的关系和临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学SP法染色检测68例膀胱移行细胞癌及36例膀胱良性病变组织中p53、ki-67和PCNA的表达情况。结果膀胱移行细胞癌组织p53、ki-67和PCNA的阳性表达率依次为51.4%(35/68)、61.7%(42/68)和80.9%(55/68),较膀胱良性病变增加,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而且随着组织学分级及临床分期的增加而增加;p53、ki-67及PCNA的表达具有明显的相关性。结论p53、ki-67和PCNA的表达与膀胱移行细胞癌的发生、发展有一定关系,可以作为膀胱肿瘤生物学行为和判断预后的参考指标,三者结合对肿瘤的恶性程度判断更为准确。Objective To study the expressions and its significance of p53,ki- 67 and PCNA in bladder transitional cell carcinoma. Methods The expressions of p53, ki - 67 and PCNA in 68 cases of bladder transitional cell carcinoma and 36 cases of benign lesions were examined through immunohistochemical staining. Results The positive rates of p53, ki - 67and PCNA in bladder transitonal cell carcinoma were 51.4 % （35/68）, 61.7 % （42/ 68）80.9 % （55/68）respectively.The expression of p53, ki- 67 and PCNA in carcinoma tissue was significantly higher than in benign lesions, and the difference was significant （ P〈0.05）. The expression of p53, ki - 67 and PCNA increased with the increased of pathological grade and clinical staging . The p53 expression was positively correlatipd to ki - 67 and PCNA in bladder transitional cell carcinoma. Conclusion The expressions of p53, ki - 67and PCNA are related to the development and progression of bladder cracinoma . The coexistence of p53 , ki - 67 and PCNA may be more helpful in evaluating the biologic behaviors and prognosis of bladder carcinoma. The detection of these three tumor markers is helpful for the assessment of malignancy degree.
