摘　　要：用大孔树脂富集，氧化铝—氧化镁混合物吸附除杂，薄层扫描法测定强肌健力饮中黄芪甲甙含量。其他成分对测定无干扰，方法重现性好，回收率为９９．３％。The content of astragaloside IV in Qiangjijianli Oral Liquid was determined by the TCL-scanner. The samples were first extracted with macrorificial resin column, then the impurity was absorbed with AL2O3-MgO mixture.Other compositions in Qiangjijianli Oral Liquid didn't interfere in the analysis process. The reproducibility and 99.3% average rate of recovery of astragaloside IV were obtained.
