摘　　要：针对工业现场对温度、加速度、倾斜度等参数进行实时无线监控的要求,为适应现场环境,提出了一种将Z ig Bee无线通信技术与虚拟仪器技术相结合的设计方案。该方案以PIC单片机和CC2420射频芯片为网络平台,设计了数据采集处理系统,应用虚拟仪器软件LabVIEW编写程序,实现了对环境温度、物体加速度、倾斜角度等数据的采集、分析、存储、输出和报警。经过试验测试表明:系统运行稳定,效果良好。A design approach of the real-time data acquisition system based on Zig Bee and virtual instrument is introduced, which uses wireless sensor networks for temperature, acceleration and gradient monitoring to meet the industrial field requirements. The data acquisition system is based on PIC and CC2420, and it is also controlled and processed by LabVIEW software. It realizes the data analysis, storage, output and alarm for temperature, acceleratim and gradiet too. The experiment shows that the system works stabily, the effects are good.
