氟康唑加克霉唑阴道片治疗复发性念球菌外阴阴道炎的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 探讨氟康唑加克霉唑阴道片治疗复发性念球菌外阴阴道炎的效果。方法 对本院近2年诊断为复发性念球菌外阴阴道炎并用氟康唑加克霉唑阴道片治疗观察，疗程6个月。结果 67例中痊愈率为92．5％，复发率9．7％，大大降低了该病的复发。结论 氟康唑加克霉唑阴道片应用可较大地提高疗效，减少复发，是值得推荐的一种治疗方法。Objective Discussion the effect of fluconazole the gram clotrmazole vagina piece treatment recurrence reads the coccus vulva vaginitis＇s. Method Reads the treatment observation of coccus vulva vaginitis to this courtyard near 2 year diagnoses for the recurrence and uses Fluconazole the clotrmazole vagina piece, the treatment course 6 months. Result 67 cases of the healing rate is 92.5%, recurrence rate as 9. 7%. The recrudescence which greatly should get sick. Conclusion Fluconazole the clotrmazole vagina piece application may enhance the curative effect greatly, reduces the recrudescence, is one method of treatment which is worth recommending.
