摘 要:【目的】探讨土壤紧实度对平邑甜茶(Malus hupehensisRehd)生长及叶绿素荧光参数的影响。【方法】采用盆栽试验,研究不同土壤容重(1.25,1.40,1.55 g/cm3)对平邑甜茶幼苗生长、生物产量以及叶绿素荧光参数的影响。【结果】平邑甜茶植株生长指标及生物产量在不同土壤容重下的大小顺序均为:1.40 g/cm3处理>1.25g/cm3处理>1.55 g/cm3处理;土壤容重1.55 g/cm3处理的植株根冠比显著提高;1.55 g/cm3处理的植株叶片PSⅡ潜在活性、PSⅡ反应中心内部光能转换效率、过剩光能热耗散以及电子传递速率均显著下降,而过剩光能极显著增加。【结论】在容重为1.25和1.55 g/cm3土壤中,植株生长和生物量均受到显著抑制,且1.55 g/cm3容重土壤中植株叶片内部光能机构功能显著下降,1.40 g/cm3容重土壤较适宜于植株生长。[Objective] The study was to investigate the effect of three different soil bulk densities (SBD) on the growth and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of Malus hupehensis Rehd. [Method] A pot culture experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of soil compaction with different SBD(1. 25 g/cm^3 ,1.40 g/cm^3 and 1.55 g/cm^3) on plant growth,biological yield and chlorophyll fluorescence parameters of Malus hupehensis Rehd. [Result] The values of growth index and biological yield under different SBD were 1.40 g/cm^3 -1.25 g/cm^3 -1.55 g/cm^3. The ratio of root/top of plan increased remarkably in soil with 1.55 g/cm^3 SBD. Leaves of plants growing in soil with 1.55 g/cm^3 SBD had low PS Ⅱ potential activation,light energy transforming efficiency of PSⅡ ,the ability dissipate excess light energy and electron transport rate while whose excessive excited energy increased significantly. [Conclusion] Growth and biological yield were all resisted significantly in plants growing in soil with 1.25 g/cm^3 and 1.55 g/cm^3 SBD,and leafe internal energy agencies funceion of plants growing in 1.55 g/cm^3 SBD decreased signifi-cantly, 1.40 g/cm^3 SBD was favorable for plants to grow.
