摘 要:在自然条件下,对3个芭蕉芋(Canna edulis)的净光合速率、蒸腾速率和胞间CO2浓度、气孔导度等生理特性进行测定和对比分析。结果表明,绿叶黄花的光合速率日变化为双峰曲线;绿叶红花和紫叶红花的呈单峰曲线,且绿叶红花的净光合速率远远高于其他2个品系的;3个优系均有午休现象。蒸腾速率日变化和气孔导度日变化跟净光合速率日变化趋势基本一致,但高峰期出现在13:30,比净光合速率高峰推迟了3 h,与当日的气温高峰相一致。3个品系的光合生理差异在叶片颜色上相差较大,其叶质和叶型相差不大,所以光合特性的差异可能与叶绿素含量有关。The photosynthetic characteristics of Canna edulis in the fields were studied in comparison with three lines. The results showed that net photosynthetic rate (Pn) of Canna edulis with green leaves and yellow flowers (GY) was higher than the others and showed double peak curve,while the others had single peak. Midday depression of Pn was found in leaves of three canna lines. The variety trend of transpiration rate and stomatal conductance in a day was same as the Pn's, but the peak occurred at 13:30 accordance with the temperature's in the day. Compared with Pn it was delayed for three hours. The difference of physiological characteristics was the leaves' color, so the difference of photosynthesis was probably attributed to the contents of chlorophll.
