铁力市可持续发展指标体系的研究

摘　　要：为了使铁力市可持续发展纳入量化过程,本文首先确定建立可持续发展指标体系的基本原则,根据社会─经济─资源─环境复合系统的原理构造出可持续发展指标体系框架结构,其次建立了3个层次、4个系统、23个指标要素的铁力市可持续发展指标体系,依据《2006年铁力市统计年鉴》等数据计算出铁力市的可持续发展综合评价指数,提出今后铁力市的发展战略。In order to bring the sustainable development ability of Tieli City into line with the process of quantification, the basic principles for establishing the sustainable development indicators system were determined in this paper first. According to the theory of the compound system： society-economy-resources-environment, the multi-level structure of the sustainable development indicators system was founded. Then the sustainable development indicator of 3 layers, 4 systems and 23 indicators for Tieli City was also established. Finally, comprehensive evaluating index of Tieli City was calculated based on the data of Tieli City Statistics Yearbook 2008 and the development strategy of Tieli City in the future was suggested.
