社会和谐是中国特色社会主义的本质属性——兼与《和谐社会的社会主义特质》一文商榷

摘　　要："和谐社会"与"社会和谐"是两个既紧密联系又有明显区别的不同范畴。和谐社会是指社会和谐能够长期稳定存在的社会。而社会和谐是社会稳定发展的最佳状态,它只说明社会发展在某一时空存在的一种最佳状态,没有说明这种最佳状态存在的时间长短。要把社会和谐稳定在一个社会历史阶段的一个相对较长的时期,才可以说是基本构建成了和谐社会。社会和谐是中国特色社会主义社会的本质属性,构建社会主义和谐社会是贯穿中国特色社会主义事业全过程的长期历史任务。Building a socialist harmonious society rooted in the ideological demands of the traditional ideals of harmony and the fundamental requirement of contemporary China socialism construction practice. ＂Harmonious society＂ and ＂social harmony＂ are two different categories which not only have close relations but also have clear distinctions. The social harmony is the optimum condition of the social stability and development, which only explained that the social development exist one optimum condition in some space and time, not shows how long this optimum condition exists. The social harmony must stabilize for relatively long time in a society historical stage, only then may say that the harmonious society constructs basically, the harmonious society can exist long-term stability of the society. The essential attribute is not the essence itself, the essential attribute is that the nature of things displays attribute in certain relations. The essence may differentiate a thing fundamentally with other things, the essential attribute is possibly the nature which certain different things all have. The social harmony is essential attribute of socialism with Chinese characteristics, the social harmony reflects three aspects of the essence of socialism which are an inalienable organic whole, they work closely with interaction, in the dynamic process of socialism development, and promote the overall social progress and development, the building socialist harmonious society is the longterm historic task which passes through the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics entire process. The different social patterns which are stipulated by the contradictory between productivity and relation of production may be peaceful coexistence, common development and common prosperity, and building a harmonious world.
