摘　　要：文章对某住院部的结构体系和健康状况进行了分析,并介绍了利用钢结构增设构造柱与圈梁、碳纤维布加固梁板等加固技术在该结构加固项目中的方案设计及施工技术与工艺。大楼加固质量验收表明该大楼加固效果达到设计要求,为加固技术的进一步发展提供了参考。This paper analyzes the structure and healthy state of one department for inpatient.It also introduces the blue print and construction technique when this structure is strengthened with setting steel tie columns and ring beams, using carbon fibre reinforced plastics on beams and broads. The appraisal shows that the effect of strengthening achieves the request of design.And this blue print can be referred to develop the reinforced technology.
