摘 要:当前,φ6~φ12 mm铜铝管的焊接技术已较成熟。为扩大铜铝管的应用范围,研究了φ20 mm铜铝管的焊接技术。为使焊接电流稳定,保证焊接质量稳定,设计了带有焊接电流预补偿的PLC控制系统。建立了晶闸管导通角和电源电压的数据库。每次焊接前,控制系统要测量电源电压,并在数据库中查询得出合适的导通角,传给晶闸管触发板。对φ20 mm铜铝管焊接试验中的电源电压与焊接电流数据进行了区间估计,结果表明焊接电流的总体均值和总体方差的置信区间分别为(51.1,52.7)和(0.06,0.6),说明焊接电流较稳定,从而保证了铜铝管焊接质量。At present,welding technology of 6~12 mm copper-aluminum pipe is more mature.To widen the application range of copper-aluminum pipe,the welding technology og 20 mm copper-aluminum pipe was researched in this paper.A PLC control system with the function of current precompensation was developed,to stabilize the welding electric current.A database of welding current and power voltage was built in the PLC.Before every welding,power voltage is measured,and the angle of flow for silicon control can be looked up by control system,and then transmitted to the trigger circuit board.According to the results of the interval estimations for welding current in the 20 mm copper-aluminum pipe welding experiments,the confidence intervals of the population mean and the population variance of current are respectively(51.1,52.7) and(0.06,0.6).Consequently,welding current can be considered as a stabilization constant,and 20 mm copper-aluminum pipe can be welded in good quality.
