摘 要:设计了一种不同于罗拉式检测的新型棉条检测传感器,首先利用杠杆原理把棉条的粗细变化放大成大位移量,然后再用LVDT检测此位移量,最后基于AD698设计出了信号变送模块,实现了把LVDT的检测信号转换成0—10V的电压信号。调试结果表明该新型传感器性能稳定、检测精度高、实用性强,在纺织行业有较好的推广和利用价值。A new cotton sliver detecting sensor different from the Roller sensor was designed. First the change of the thickness of cotton was magnified to be a large displacement variable through the lever theory. Then the displacement variable was detected by the LVDT. At last the signal transforming module was designed based on the AD698, which can change the signal detected by the LVDT to the voltage signal between 0 - 10 V. The debugging results indicate that the new sensor has a stable performance, high detecting precision and strong practicality, and it has a good popularization and practical value in the textile industry.
