摘 要:力矩限制器能够保证起重机更安全、可靠地工作,避免超载事故的发生。介绍了一种以AT89C52单片机为核心的起重机力矩限制器的工作原理、硬件电路组成及软件设计方法。系统中的V/I转换电路可以有效提高微弱电压信号在恶劣工作环境中进行远距离传输的抗干扰性,提高了系统的精度和可靠性。该力矩限制器硬件结构简单,安全可靠,具有过载保护、报警制动、参数设置、实时显示并记录多个工作参数的功能,是一种可靠的起重机安全保护装置。Lifting moment limiter can avoid the accident caused by overloading and make the operation of the crane more reliable and safer. This paper described the working theory, hardware circuit, software design method of the lifting moment limiter based on AT89C52 slngle-chip microcomputer. The V/I switch circuit can effectively improve the anti-jamming of the weak voltage signals which have a long-distance transmission in poor environment, therefore enhance the system's accuracy and reliability. It has simple hardware circuit, good safety and can work reliably. This system has the functions of overload protecting, alarming and braking, parameter setting, real-time displaying and recording multi-work parameters. It is a reliable safety protection device for cranes.
