摘  要:提出了一种基于CAN总线,应用于汽车点火线圈的高速数据采集系统的设计方案,完成对汽车点火线圈的各相关信号的数据采样和信号分析。介绍了数据采集系统的总体结构,分析了各组成模块的结构和功能,探讨了信号调理电路、并行高速数据采集电路、控制电路等的原理和设计思路。实验结果表明:该系统具有良好的性能,解决了在线测试设备中的测试速度、瞬时脉冲信号的捕捉等问题,在测试的准确性、精确度方面都达到了较高要求。The design of high -speed data acquisition system for ignition coil based on CAN -bus which realized the data acquisition and signal analysis for automobile ignition coil was introduced. The systematic architecture was introduced, and the principle and function of each module were analyzed. The design mentality and principle of signal conditioning circuit, parallel highspeed data acquisition circuit and control circuit were discussed. The experimental result indicates that the system has excellent systematically performance. Problems such as test speed in on - line test equipment and sampling for instantaneous pulse signal are solved,shows that the system reaches relatively high extent in the veracity and accuracy aspects.
