摘  要:建立了氯地滴眼液中氯霉素和地塞米松磷酸钠的普通光谱和比值光谱测定法,以便对测定结果的准确度进行相互验证。用紫外分光光度计测定氯霉素和地塞米松磷酸钠的普通紫外吸收光谱,用Excel绘制比值光谱,根据两种光谱特征,分别选择适宜的测定方法和测定波长对,有效地消除共存组分的干扰,准确测定被测组分。两种方法在选定的试验条件下,氯霉素和地塞米松磷酸钠在4.998~74.97μg/mL内线性关系良好,r〉0.9994。普通光谱法测定氯霉素和地塞米松磷酸钠的平均回收率和RSD分别为100.0%,1.1%和99.3%,1.2%比值光谱法为100.3%,0.71%和101.5%,0.59%。两法测定结果基本一致。The methods for determination of chloramphenicol and dexamethasone sodium phosphate in eye drops by common spectrophotometry and ratio spectrophotometry were estabeished.The UV spectra were determined by the spectrometer and the ratio spectra were mapped by Excel.According to the features of common spectra and ratio spectra,the interference of other components was eliminated and the suitable method and wavelength pair were selected for determination of chloramphenicol and dexamethasone sodium phosphate in eye drops.Linearity between the absorbance and concentration of chloramphenicol and dexamethasone sodium phosphate was obtained in the range of 4.998~74.97 μg/mL and r〉0.9994 under the optimum conditions.The average recoveries and relative standard deviations(RSD) of chloramphenicol and dexamethasone sodium phosphate detected by common and ratio spectrophotometry were 100.0%,(1.1%;) 99.3%,1.2% and 100.3%,0.71%;101.5%,0.59%,respectively.The results of the two methods are unanimous.
