摘　　要：论述了电价有关理论和主要采用的上网电价定价方式,总结了我国从1985年以来的上网电价管理机制变革情况。结合理论和实际情况,对我国现行上网电价机制进行了详细解析,并得出结论:现行单一制电量电价机制不适应节能调度的要求;结合一定的辅助服务补偿手段,两部制电价机制比现行单一制电量电价机制更具有优势。This paper briefly describes the theory and pricing methods of pool purchase price （PPP） mainly adopted, and summaries China PPP management mechanism reform since 1985. The detailed analysis on China＇ s current PPP mechanism, combined with theory and practical situation, was made, and finally given the conclusions as following： the current unique system electricity price mechanism is not suitable for the dispatching requirements of energy saving, while double-part electricity price mechanism with certain assistance service compensations has more advantages.
