微创切口在胸部疾病手术中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨微创开胸技术在胸部手术中的应用价值和经验。方法:应用微创开胸切口行胸外科手术189例,手术入路包括前外侧小切口、后外侧小切口、腋下小切口。术式包括肺叶切除、肺楔形切除、纵隔肿瘤切除、肺大泡切除缝扎并胸膜固定术、脓胸廓清术等。结果:全组均顺利地完成了手术,无严重的术中及术后并发症发生,术后恢复快。结论:微创开胸手术具有损伤小、出血少、并发症少、恢复快等优点,同时兼顾美观,疗效满意,只要适应症选择得当,值得临床推广。Objective：To search for the clinical advantages and experience of micro - traumatic thoracotomy in thoracic surgery. Methods ：189 patients underwent invasive thoracic surgery by using micro- traumatic thoracotomy. The operative approaches included posterolateral small incisions, subaxillary small incisions, and anterolateral small incisions. The operations included pulmonary lobectomy, wedge resection of lung, mediastinum tumor resection, bullae resection with pleurodesis, expurgation of empyema, and other operations. Results：The operations were successfully performed with good exposure. There was no serious intraoperative and post - operative complications, and the post - operative convalescence was much shortened. Conclusion： Micro -traumatic thoracotomy reduced bleeding and trauma, hence the post - operative complication is reduced and the convalescence is shortened, thus this incision to be a less traumatic, simple, and cosmetic.
