摘　　要：2型糖尿病手术治疗有多种方式,本文将对治疗2型糖尿病手术的产生及发展进行综述,重点对胃旁路术进行了描述,并就其手术机制进行了探讨。There are many kinds of surgical approaches in treating type 2 diabetes mellitus. The paper will summarize the occurrence and development of surgical treatment of type 2 diabetes mellitus, and intensively in focus of Roux - en - Y gastric bypass, meanwhile its surgical mechanism was discussed .
