摘  要:目的:了解川芎嗪对轻、中度高血压病患者的血液流变学影响。方法:用LBYN6型旋转式血液粘度计测定60例无严重并发症的高血压病患者使用川芎嗪加706代血浆治疗14日前后的血液流变学10项指标。结果:治疗后患者全血低切粘度、全血高切粘度、红细胞压积、红细胞刚性指数、红细胞聚集指数和血沉方程K值均比治疗前显著降低〔依次为10.12±1.95比14.51±1.94;4.96±0.63比5.89±0.71;0.47±0.05比0.52±0.04;(3.06±0.50)g/L比(3.82±0.68)g/L;3.28±0.47比4.27±0.48;2.12±0.32比2.46±0.14和19.68±10.50比34.40±17.42。P<0.05~0.001〕;红细胞变形指数则显著升高(0.50±0.08比0.41±0.06,P<0.01)。结论:川芎嗪加706代血浆可显著降低高血压病患者的全血粘度、红细胞压积及红细胞聚集性和显著改善红细胞变形能力。可作为轻、中度高血压病患者的辅助用药,以改善血液流动性与粘滞性。Objective:To understand the effect of tetramethylpyrazine on blood haemorrheology of essential hypertensive patients(EH).Methods:Ten indexes of blood haemorrheology were measured before and after treatment for with tetramethylpyrazine and hydroxyethylamyl using type LBYN6 rotational blood viscometer in 60 cases of EH without severe complication.Results:After treatment,the low and high shearing rate of whole blood viscosity (WBV),hematocrit (Hct),red cell index rigidity(IR),red cell agglutization(RA),K value equation were significantly lowered compared to that before treatment respectively 10 12±1 95 vs. 14 51±1 94,4 96±0 63 vs. 5 89±0 71,0 47±0 05 vs. 0 52±0 04,(3 06±0 50) g/L vs. (3 82±0 68) g/L,3 28±0 47 vs. 4 27±0 48,2 12±0 32 vs. 2 46±0 14,19 68±10 50 vs. 34 40±17 42 , P <0 05~0 001 ,red cell deformability (RD) was highered than that before (0 50±0 08 vs. 0 41±0 06, P <0 01).Conclusions:tetramethylpyrazine with hydroxyethylamyl can significantly lower WBV,Hct and RA,improve RD.It is suggested that tetramethylpyrazine may be as adjuvant in mild and moderate EH to improve fluidity and viscosity of blood and delay complication occurence.
