四川省部分医院临床输血管理及输血科现状分析

摘　　要：目的调查目前四川省内医院输血管理及输血科现状,为卫生行政部门制定科学、有效的干预措施提供决策依据。方法依据全省医院的地理分布及相同地区的不同级别,选取被调查的医院,采用自行设计并经专家论证的调查问卷进行现场调查。总共抽取21个市、县、区二级以上的全民所有制医院30家,问卷全部收回并统一编码,使用Ep iData3.0软件建立数据库进行统计分析。结果从地理分布、级别、类型、规模、从业人数等上看,被调查医院客观地反映了目前四川省临床输血管理及输血科现状。医院输血管理总体上符合国家输血相关法规要求,但少部分医院的输血管理存在缺陷,输血安全质量保证及相关技术与监督管理方面仍需完善。结论各级卫生行政部门可针对目前医院临床输血管理及输血科现状,制定相应的科学有效的干预措施,既符合国家临床输血的相关法律法规要求,又适应于存在的各种因素,以起到加强医院输血管理工作,推动临床输血医学快速发展的作用。Objective To investigate the clinical management of blood transfusion in hospitals of Sichuan province, in order to provide basic statistics for the authority to supervise and make decisions. Methods The questionnaire was conducted in 30 hospitals, selected from 21 different areas, according to the geographic distribution and the ranks of hospitals. The data collected were analyzed statistically via EpiData3.0 software. Results In view of the geographic distribution, the rank, type, scale, and the staff of hospitals, our results virtually mirrors the current situation of the clinical management of blood transfusion in hospitals. Most of hospitals investigated met with the requirements of transfusion-related laws carried out by the authority. But there were still a few hospitals that should enhance the assurance of transfusion safety and the supervision of management. Conclusion Effective measures, which can meet with the requirements of the transfusion-related laws, but also adapt to the current situation, should be taken by the authority to enhance the clinical management of transfusion, and accelerate the development of transfusion medicine.
