摘　　要：详细介绍了臭氧浓度和水汽含量的测量原理。臭氧监测仪MICROTOPS Ⅱ是测量臭氧浓度、水汽含量和气溶胶光学厚度的便携式仪器,适用于野外和海上调查。臭氧监测仪为5个波段,其中3个紫外波段监测臭氧浓度,2个红外波段测量大气中的水汽含量。还可监测在1020nm红外波段的气溶胶散射光学厚度。In this paper, it detailed introduces the basic principle to retrieve the total ozone column and water vapor column. The ozonometer MICROTOPS II is a 5 channels hand-held ozone monitor for measuring total ozone column and water vapor column. It used in the fields and research on the sea. Ozonometer has five channels. The total ozone column is automatically calculated based on measurements at 3 UV channels. Two IR channels allow measurement of total precipitable water in the atmosphere. Optionally, it can measure aerosol optical thickness at 1 020 nanometers.
