摘　　要：本文通过对地面风测量中各种平均方法的比对,提出了矢量平均法在地面风测量,特别是在处理静风、风向过0°和遭遇小尺度湍流风向变化不定等情况时所具有的优越性。This paper compares many kinds of average method which are used in surface wind measurement,then introduced that vector average method has superiority in dealing wind direction changes, particular in dealing static wind, wind direction over 0° and meet with small scale on flow.
