摘  要:基于近年大量轨道不平顺检测数据得出铁路线路的轨道不平顺功率谱密度(PSD),从定性和定量2个方面对轨道不平顺性的评判方法进行研究。基于按我国干线铁路运行速度等级建立通用PSD的思路,研究并提出我国200,160 km.h-1等级提速线路和120 km.h-1普通线路的轨道平顺性的定性评判方法,将计算得到的线路PSD的上下包络谱定义为上下限界谱,所需评价线路的PSD谱线越靠近下限界谱,则该轨道的平顺性越好,反之,则越差。由于不同线路及不同区段的轨道质量参差不齐,PSD谱线的分布范围非常大,基于轨道谱分级管理的方法,研究并给出定量评判我国干线铁路轨道平顺性的方法,通过分析计算干线铁路5级PSD谱线,将干线铁路PSD谱图从下向上依次划分为A—F共6个区域,并对应定义为优秀、良好、较好、一般、较差和极差PSD谱线区的等级。The track irregularity power spectrum density (PSD) of railway was obtained based on mass of track irregularity data in recent years, and the qualitative and quantitative investigations on the judgment method of track irregularity were made. Based on the thread of establishing the general track PSD according to the railway speed grade of main railway lines in China, the qualitative judgment methods for track irregularity of the speed-increase lines with the speed of 200 and 160 km · h^-1, as well as general line with the speed of 120 km · h^-1 , are investigated and put forward, in which the top and bottom envelope spectrum of railway PSD are defined as top and bottom delimitative spectrum. The railway PSD needed for evaluating the track is nearer to the bottom delimitative spectrum, the railway track regularity is better; contrariwise, the worse. The railway PSD of different railway lines and even different section of the same railway line are distributed in a large spectrum range due to uneven railway quality. Based on the grading management method of railway PSD, the quantitative judgment method on track regularity is investigated and put forward. Via analyzing and calculating 5 levels PSD of main railway lines, this method divides the track spectrum into 6 regions from bottom to top, that is in turn from A to F, which is defined respectively as excellent, nicer, good, mediocre, poor, very poor.
