摘  要:一般的感应同步器的使用需要由正弦波信号作为激磁信号,由高精度的轴角转换器作为信号处理的关键器件,因而其在航天产品的使用中受到限制。通过对感应同步器激磁信号频率成分的研究,文章提出了双相方波激磁的驱动方案。在此基础上,对感应信号的频率成分作了进一步分析,采用了Chebyshey低通滤波的信号处理方案,取得了较好的效果。试验数据表明,该方案的测角分辨率达到±0.8″,能够满足航天设备中角度测量的需求。Normal inductosyn application requires sine wave as excitation signal and highly precise resolver-to-digital converter as key chip, which limits its usage in aero-space products. By analyzing the frequency components of the excitation signal of the inductosyn, a driving scheme was proposed based on the two-phase square wave excitation. On this basis, further analysis on the induced signal was taken on and the corresponding signal processing scheme with Chebyshey lower filter was applied. Experiment shows that the precision of the angle measurement in this scheme could reach ±0.8″, which could satisfy the requirements of the angle measurement in the aero-space devices.
