摘　　要：从1996-2006年间,我国粮食产品出口额总体来讲有所增长,但年际波动较大。通过CMS模型的分析,得出导致我国粮食出口波动的最重要因素是出口竞争力的变化。因此,要使我国粮食出口贸易稳定发展,必须提高粮食产品的科技含量,以提升粮食出口竞争力。From 1996 to 2006, there is a little increasing on the amount of export of cereal product in China overall, but the amount of export fluctuates greatly during years. By the analysis of constant market share model, we conclude that the most important factor of cereal export fluctuation in China is competitiveness of export. Therefore, in order to keep the steady development of cereal export, it is necessary to improve the technical share of the cereal product and to improve its competitiveness.
